Do I need a deposit?
A refundable deposit is required and the amount varies by vehicle and contract. It is fully returned at the end of your hire period provided the vehicle is returned in the agreed condition.
Is insurance included?
Insurance is not included in the weekly rental rate. You are responsible for arranging your own hire-and-reward (PHV) insurance. We can point you towards recommended brokers who specialise in PCO driver cover if needed.
What is the minimum contract hire period?
Our minimum hire period is typically 4 weeks. Longer contracts (8, 12 or 24 weeks) attract better weekly rates. Contact us to discuss what works best for your situation.
Are the rates negotiable?
Yes — rates are open to negotiation, particularly for longer contract durations or multi-vehicle arrangements. Get in touch and we'll put together a tailored package for you.
How many miles am I allowed per week?
Weekly mileage is subject to negotiation — contact us to discuss a package tailored to your needs.
What if my PCO licence is brand new?
Brand-new licences are fine. We just need it issued and active — no minimum experience required.
